Returns are accepted unless otherwise stated, however the cost of returning is down to yourself unless the item is faulty or not as described.
The item will be refunded in full provided it is in its original state i.e. The same condition as when it was sent out. If not then we reserve the right to refund, minus the cost of cleaning or repairing the item in order to be able to resell it.
Bepsoke, Embroidered, personalised or items specially ordered in for you are non refundable. This includes browbands made to order and rosettes made to order.
